My Service Requests on the portal is not displaying the newly submitted requests.

Hi,

What are the criteria in order for the submitted requests to show up in the "My Service Requests".

It is currently showing one requests.  Req # 100377.

I am using the msgov311@live.com to login.

In order for a service request to show up in the portal's "my service requests" list, the "Regarding Contact" field in the service request needs to be set to the contact record for the logged on customer.

The submitted  record already has the same user as the one logged on in the "Regarding Contact" field.

Those service requests were assigned to another contact.  I noticed that there were a number of contact records all with the same first and last name.  I consolidated all of the cases to a single contact record.  You should have no problems seeing your service requests on the portal now.

Shan was able to fix the issue with the Online Demo and the My Service Request items Not showing up on the Front-End Portal. They should be showing up now. Please let us know if you have any other issues or questions.

I just created another request from the portal using msgov311@live.com, it is now showing on the my service request page.
